Shipping and Delivery Times:

At Always Serendipity Boutique, every effort is made to ship your merchandise as soon as possible. Most orders are in stock and ship within 3-4 business days, unless otherwise noted within the product description. If there are any unexpected issues with your order we will notify you as soon as possible. If you need an order to be rushed, please contact us and we will arrange it. Due to the current demands with some of our products and our custom orders may take up to 3 - 4 weeks for shipping and handling.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can help you return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Disclaimer: Returns will be honored when the buyer contacts the seller within three days of receipt of their item, with a maximum of 7 days from the date the item is received. Returns/Refunds will be credited if we have unfairly represented an item to you by description of the item. Changes in mind after purchase are not acceptable nor valid forms of return.
